Refund Policy

1. 기본 환불 요청 기간

요청 시 구매에 사용한 이메일, 주문을 확인할 수 있는 정보, 환불 사유를 함께 보내 주세요. 필요한 최소 정보만 요청합니다.

2. 7일 이후의 개별 검토

다음과 같은 경우에는 7일이 지난 뒤에도 사안별로 검토할 수 있습니다.

• 제품의 핵심 사용을 방해하는 중대한 기술적 결함
• 설명된 핵심 기능을 이용할 수 없는 경우
• 합리적인 문제 해결 절차 후에도 지속되는 라이선스 활성화 실패
• 동일 구매의 중복 결제
• 적용 법률이 환불을 요구하는 경우

개별 검토는 자동 승인을 의미하지 않으며, 문제 상황과 구매 기록을 확인한 뒤 결과를 안내합니다.

3. 환불 후 라이선스

전액 환불이 완료되면 해당 Gumroad License Key는 더 이상 유효하지 않거나 DongClock Pro에서 사용할 수 없게 될 수 있습니다.

4. Basic

DongClock Basic은 현재 무료이므로 구매 대금에 대한 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

5. 요청 방법

1. Standard request period

Please include the purchase email, information sufficient to identify the order, and the reason for the request. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to review it.

2. Review after 7 days

A request may still be reviewed case by case after seven days when it concerns:

• a significant technical defect that prevents core use;
• unavailability of core functionality described for the product;
• an unresolved license activation failure after reasonable troubleshooting;
• a duplicate payment; or
• a refund required by applicable law.

Case-by-case review is not automatic approval. We will review the circumstances and purchase record before responding.

3. License after refund

After a full refund, the associated Gumroad License Key may become invalid or unavailable for use with DongClock Pro.

4. Basic

DongClock Basic is currently free and therefore has no purchase payment to refund.
