구매 과정과 제품 이용에 문제가 생겼을 때 아래 기준에 따라 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
Microsoft Store를 통한 구매 및 환불은 Microsoft Store의 정책과 절차 및 적용 법률을 따릅니다.
디지털 앱은 모든 경우에 자동으로 환불되는 상품이 아니며, 환불 가능 여부는 Microsoft가 구매 지역과 주문 상태 등을 기준으로 판단합니다. 구매에 사용한 Microsoft 계정의 주문 내역 또는 Microsoft의 앱 및 게임 환불 안내에서 절차를 확인해 주세요.
전액 환불이 완료되면 Microsoft Store의 처리에 따라 해당 앱의 이용 권한이 종료되거나 다시 설치·사용할 수 없게 될 수 있습니다.
DongClock Basic은 현재 무료이므로 구매 대금에 대한 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

If you experience a purchase or product issue, you may request a refund under the terms below.
Purchases and refunds through Microsoft Store follow Microsoft Store policy and procedure together with applicable law.
Digital apps are not automatically refundable in every case. Microsoft determines eligibility based on the purchase region, order status, and other applicable conditions. Check the order history for the Microsoft account used to buy the app or follow Microsoft's refund guidance for apps and games.
After a full refund, Microsoft Store processing may end the app entitlement or prevent further installation or use under that purchase.
DongClock Basic is currently free and therefore has no purchase payment to refund.
