End User License Agreement

1. 제품의 목적

DongClock은 대상 웹 서버의 HTTP 응답을 바탕으로 서버 시간을 추정하여 표시하는 Windows용 유틸리티입니다. 표준 NTP/PTP 장비나 원자시계가 아니며, 자동 클릭·자동 구매·자동 예약 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.

2. Basic 사용 조건

Basic은 현재 무료로 제공됩니다. 사용자는 개인적이고 합법적인 목적에 한해 사용할 수 있습니다. DongClock의 공식 제품인 것처럼 사칭하거나, 변조본을 공식 배포본으로 오인하게 하는 방식으로 재배포해서는 안 됩니다.

3. Pro 라이선스

• Pro의 현재 가격은 USD $7 일회성 결제이며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.
• 한 라이선스의 이용 기간은 Gumroad에 기록된 원 구매 시각부터 1년입니다.
• 최초 활성화 및 주기적인 재확인에는 Gumroad License Key와 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
• 만료 후 새 측정을 계속하려면 당시 판매 조건에 따라 새 라이선스를 구매해야 합니다.
• 환불·결제 분쟁·차지백 또는 다른 상품의 키가 확인되면 해당 라이선스는 사용할 수 없게 될 수 있습니다.

4. 허용 범위와 금지 사항

사용자는 적용 법률과 측정 대상 서비스의 이용약관을 준수해야 합니다. 제품을 불법 행위, 접근 통제 우회, 서비스 방해 또는 제3자의 권리 침해에 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 정확도와 결과 사용

DongClock은 고정된 밀리초 정확도, 티켓팅·예약·수강신청의 성공, 또는 특정 서비스에서의 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 네트워크 비대칭, 서버·CDN·프록시 시계와 캐시 상태에 따라 추정 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 정확도 및 한계를 확인하세요.

6. 책임의 범위

사용자는 중요한 결정을 내리기 전에 제품의 한계를 고려하고 결과를 독립적으로 확인할 책임이 있습니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서, 예측하기 어렵거나 제품의 통상적 사용 범위를 벗어난 간접 손실에 대한 책임은 제한될 수 있습니다. 다만 고의·중대한 과실에 대한 책임이나 법률상 제한할 수 없는 소비자 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.

7. 변경 및 문의

제품 또는 법적 요구의 변경에 따라 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하여 알립니다.

1. Product purpose

DongClock is a Windows utility that estimates and displays server time from a target web server’s HTTP responses. It is not an NTP/PTP instrument or atomic clock, and it does not provide automated clicking, purchasing, or reservation functions.

2. Basic terms

Basic is currently free. You may use it for personal and lawful purposes. You may not impersonate the official product or redistribute a modified build in a way that could be mistaken for an official DongClock release.

3. Pro license

• Pro currently costs USD $7 as a one-time payment, with no automatic renewal.
• Each license is valid for one year from the original purchase time recorded by Gumroad.
• Initial activation and periodic verification require a Gumroad License Key and an internet connection.
• Continued measurement after expiry requires a new license under the terms available at that time.
• A refund, payment dispute, chargeback, or key for another product may invalidate the license.

4. Permitted use

You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the terms of the service you measure. You may not use DongClock for unlawful activity, access-control circumvention, service disruption, or infringement of third-party rights.

5. Accuracy and reliance

DongClock does not guarantee fixed millisecond accuracy or success in ticketing, reservations, course registration, or any other service. Estimates may vary with network asymmetry, server/CDN/proxy clocks, and caching. See Accuracy & Limitations.

6. Responsibility

You should consider the product’s limitations and independently verify results before making important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for unforeseeable or indirect loss outside ordinary product use may be limited. Nothing here excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
